This stainless steel 316L filtration skid is a rental unit intended for deployment at different international locations. Its certification requirements reflect the customers need to supply equipment for projects with different regulatory frameworks.
ASME certification and PED conformity
The skid combines an ASME U-stamped pressure vessel with PED/CE conformity as well as the compliance of Norwegian NORSOK petrochemical standards.

Stainless steel 316L
Materials meeting the specified hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) requirements.
NORSOK requirements
Compliance with the applicable NORSOK requirements specified for the project.
Material selection, fabrication, inspection and surface protection coordinated around the intended service.
Protective coating system
A coating system specified for C5 corrosivity conditions was applied, incorporating zinc phosphate, micaceous iron oxide epoxy and polyurethane.
